Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arranges meeting with all concern departments to remove possible quality, productivity issues, and technical difficulties during execution
∎ Follow-up of product development to identify problems and facilitates all communication channel for the merchandisers so that they can undertake bulk production
∎ S/he ensures Merchandisers are preparing order wise BOM (Bill of Materials) and SPO (Supplier Purchase Order).
∎ Coordinates with Planning Manager and Factory Manager to fix shipment date and sequence of implementing orders of his team.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time Shipment and ensures merchandisers are updating order status to buyer
∎ Provides technical supervision to the merchandisers in mitigating issues (order quantities, change of shipment date, complaints and claims) raised by the buyer or buying office merchandiser
∎ In coordination with Merchandising Manager / Head of the department s/he prepares sales projection to meet quarterly booking target (sit with Merchandising Manager/Head of the department as long as his/ her sales booking target is not achieved) and does product line balancing to meet annual turnover
∎ Ensures data accuracy in PI and related commercial documents and liaison with commercial team about importing of goods on time
