Additional Requirements:
Working experience in Knit Garments / Woven Jacket / outerwear products will be preferred.
Self-motivated, self-organized and able / willing to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
Proven leadership, problem-solving skill and ability
Excellent communication skill is a must
Proficient in computer operation
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overall Quality Assurance & manage the QAteam for better output
Ensure that buyers' specifications are properly understood.
Ensure product quality as per customer's standard
Maintain a right Quality Management System to ensure quality of product.
Ensure that the QMS satisfies the buyer
Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to identify customers' needs
Look for ways of improving existing QMS so as to exceed expectation of the customers.
Ensure that AQLof the company is properly maintained & exceeded
Ensure that all incoming, in-process & final goods are properly inspected & documented.
Conduct team meetings, staff development & coaching to meet highest quality standard.
