∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Final settlement, grievances, Health and Safety, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance appraisal, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Shipping, Shipyard

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement Company's HR strategies & policies as well as ensure policies are understood & applied effectively.
∎ Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement HR policies and processes aligned with industry-standard and requirements.
∎ Ensure the proper process of manpower deployment, joining, and appointed related tasks, pre and post-employment reference checks, record keeping of all recruitment-related documents, and preservation for reporting.
∎ Manage Employee Relation functions including all issues related to employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution etc
∎ Develop the learning and development culture and act as the key player for different L&D programs and activities
∎ Generate creative ideas for increasing employee engagement and take initiatives accordingly.
∎ Ensure HR administration roles are properly managed within the desired time frame.
∎ Create and implement total compensation management packages/offers.
∎ Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance comply with labor laws, regulations and recommend best practices, review and modify policies and practices as required with Managemen approval
∎ Ensure HR data is timely and accurately uploaded in HRIS and all personnel files are preserved safely in a safe locker with proper tracking
∎ Monthly HR report generates and submit to supervisor on time to time
∎ Prepare various notes, office orders, and memos in respect of HR operations
∎ Perform day-to-day HR activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
∎ Should be dynamic, self-motivated and target oriented with positive mindset
∎ Should be well versed with MS-Office package
