  • Should have knowledge in Social Audit, Environmental Audit and all products certificate audit.
  • Sound knowledge of labor law and factory administration.
  • Good team player, dynamic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude.
  • Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
  • Work closely with top management to ensure all the administrative parts are functioning properly.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible to make and implement Company Admin & HR polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts.

  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.

  • Responsible for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.

  • The candidate should have sound knowledge on Organizational Development, Policy Development, Payroll management, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Labor Laws etc.

  • To draw Action Plan & implement the same in line with the vision of the Company / Direction of the top Management to manage growth of the Organization.

  • Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of HR, Admin & Compliance.

  • Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

  • Study labor market and wage trends, various relevant Government labor legislation. Formulate employee motivation factors, counselling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.

  • Manage annual staff surveys to measure staff morale and organization climate, then develop and implement effective strategies.

  • Coordinate with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
