Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the sales team: You will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, which may involve setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and motivating your team to meet or exceed their goals.
∎ Developing sales strategies: You will work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may involve identifying new markets, creating promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends to inform sales decisions.
∎ Building and maintaining relationships: You will be responsible for building and
∎ maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. This may involve attending industry events, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
