Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the sales team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in your region. This may involve setting sales targets, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, and motivating your team to meet or exceed their goals. Developing sales strategies: You will work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. This may involve identifying new markets, creating promotional campaigns and analyzing market trends to inform sales decisions.
∎ Building and maintain relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in your region. This may involve attending industry events, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
∎ Reporting and analyzing sales data: You will be responsible for tracking and reporting sales data in your region, and analyzing the data to inform sales decisions. This may involve creating sales Reports, forecasting future sales trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
∎ Collaborating with other departments: You will work closely with other departments such as marketing. Product development and customer service to ensure that the company is meeting the need of its customers and achieving its sales objectives.
∎ Staying up-to-date on industry trends: You will need to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the mobile industry and use this knowledge to inform sales decisions and strategies. Overall, as a Regional Sales Manager for a mobile sales company, your job responsibilities will be focused on driving sales growth, building and maintain relationship with clients and leading and managing a team of sales representatives in your region.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
∎ At least 05 years experience of Managerial Level Experience-Brand Planning / Development Good Communication skill and also Good in Writing Skill. Good Team Leader. Solid knowledge of best practices in IT system . Good MS office and Emailing skill.
∎ Additional Requirements: Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university.
∎ Technical qualification in Branding/ Promoting Business / Recruiting others

Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
