Experience:

• 8 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies, Garments Accessories

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certification (CSCP/CPIM) will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent knowledge of inventory control and logistics.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Good communication in English & Bangla.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office, ERP, Inventory Software)

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, issuing, dispatching).

• Ensure proper documentation of all inwards and outwards inventory.

• Maintain accurate stock levels and reconcile discrepancies with records.

• Implement FIFO/FEFO system for raw materials, trims, and finished goods.

• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly/quarterly stock audits.

• Maintain inventory management system (ERP/Manual) and generate required reports.

• Monitor aging stock and take necessary action.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, merchandising, and distribution teams to ensure timely material supply.

• Ensure on-time delivery of finished garments to buyers/local distribution points

• Supervise and manage warehouse staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
