We are currently seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and career-oriented individuals with a business background to join our Merchandising team as a Management Trainee – Costing. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in the fast-paced world of apparel merchandising and costing.
∎ Preparing daily order/style wise costing update.
∎ Pre-Costing, pricing, negotiation, consumption, product analysis.
∎ Machine wise production cost analysis and reporting.
∎ Monitoring standard consumption of every process and process variance analysis.
∎ Productivity analysis of micro concept of each process, profit maximization through cost controlling.
∎ variance analysis between standard cost & Post Cost, Pre-Cost & Post Cost analysis.
∎ To monitoring all cost sheet, budgeted cost sheet & order wise back-to-back LC.
∎ Order wise Raw material consumption analysis, order wise follow up & target meet up.
∎ Calculate style wise fabric/garment costing collection data related to pre-cost, post cost & process cost from concerned department.
∎ To prepare knitting, dyeing conversion cost & production report.
∎ Determine and analyze man/machine ratio, machine cost, line cost, man cost and cost per minute.
∎ Prepare of order wise profit & Loss statement to submit the management.
∎ Prepare report on CM variance among projected CM, after procurement CM and after realization CM.
∎ Develop accurate financial forecasts, budget models and long term financial scenarios to support business planning.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
