Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist management in maintaining operations of the store.
∎ Responsible for the overall production Warehouse in the said premises (i.e.: Greige Fabrics, Dyes & Chemical, finished fabrics, trims, Garments, Print, Embroidery etc) of the Knit Composite.
∎ Preparation of Daily Raw Materials (spare parts, accessories, stationary items etc.) requirements
∎ Ensure goods are kept by First In First Out method (FIFO)
∎ Maintain and ensure the issuance of different items as per requisition
∎ Maintain and audit Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P)
∎ Develop, manage and implement recording of the necessary data in ledger on time
∎ Ensure emergency local purchase
∎ Maintain monthly inventory and reconciliation
∎ To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
∎ Supply the products to the customers according to its requisition.
∎ Make overall distribution process easy and smooth.
∎ Store to product in proper way.
∎ Treat the supplier in company certified way.
∎ Ensure Inventory control.
∎ Maintain buffer stock.
∎ Keep attention in details about any issues related with warehouse.
∎ Keep documentation of highly confidential data/report.
∎ Time to Time report to the immediate seniors.
∎ Create general awareness among operating personal against wastage of materials.
∎ Maintain computerized and necessary documented information for all transformation.
∎ Maintain proper label confidentiality appropriate business practice in dealing with and for the company and its management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work location would be at factory located at Factory
∎ Pleasing personality, ability to deal with the customers with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Smart in situation handling.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali.
