∎ Candidate needs to have solid understanding in the field of Sustainability.
∎ Candidate having relevant training or professional certifications will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under minimal supervision.
∎ Strong in-depth knowledge in BLA-2006 & EPZ Act-2019 with all lates amendments.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor day-to-day compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act, factory rules, and internal regulations.
∎ Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, buyer requirements, and international standards (e.g. BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, GOTS, OCS, RCS, GRS, HIGG FEM ASSESSMENT).
∎ Prepare for and coordinate internal, buyer, and third-party audits; liaise with buyers’ compliance teams, auditors, and government inspectors as required.
∎ Maintain up-to-date compliance records, including audit reports, inspection checklists, licenses, and certificates.
∎ Conduct regular factory inspections focusing on fire safety, building safety, PPE usage, and hygiene standards; report findings and follow up on corrective actions.
∎ Support the development and implementation of Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and monitor their timely closure.
∎ Facilitate worker awareness programs and training sessions on Code of Conduct, labor rights, and health & safety procedures.
∎ Assist in grievance handling by logging complaints, coordinating investigations, and ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to promote a compliant and socially responsible working environment.
∎ Analyze compliance data to identify gaps, assess risks, and recommend measures for continuous improvement.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
