Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the implementation of training & capacity building activities of all sectors/ units.
∎ Coordinate with the sector/ unit leads and ensure the quality of trainings provided to the staff.
∎ Suggest training methods, ToR to the sector/ unit leads as required.
∎ Monitor budgets for training & capacity building and track the burn rate in relation with budget lines for training & capacity building in different projects.
∎ Track training performance, analyze training feedback and suggest necessary actions for the overall improvement of training & capacity building activities.
∎ Develop monthly & quarterly training plan, module, or schedule in collaboration with sector/ unit leads and other respective/ concerned authorities and present to management for necessary validation.
∎ Coordinate with concerned authorities for the effective arrangement of management strategic workshops.
∎ Ensure cost efficiency & effectiveness in arrangement of training sessions, workshops, seminars etc.
∎ Play the advocacy role in developing performance development plan for staff of any sector/ unit.
∎ Coordinate with HRD in arranging and for better accomplishment of BRAC orientation, HRPP orientation for the staff.
∎ Coordinate with HRD in safeguarding issues and promote safety & safeguarding among the staff.
∎ Find out the safeguarding needs and do the needful for appropriate actions.
∎ Ensure effective orientation and awareness on safety & safeguarding to all staff of HCMP.
∎ Prepare necessary reports on training & safeguarding related updates and submit to the HCMP Management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
