Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing training and development strategies for the company to support the company's business plan and ensuring that the employees have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.
∎ Undertaking regular assessments of training needs and developing a program to meet the identified needs.
∎ Developing and monitoring the company's training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.
∎ Overseeing the development of effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development provided.
∎ Supervising the maintenance of all necessary training and development records.

∎ Ability to communicate with influence and impact.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking environment.
