∎ • Minimum 3 years of practical experience in software quality assurance, including 1/2 year(s) of relevant experience in automated testing.
∎ • Good understanding of SDLC, software QA, testing methodologies and processes.
∎ • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Tosca, Selenium, Cucumber or similar tools, including UI automation frameworks (Cypress/Selenium WebDriver) and API automation frameworks.
∎ • Experience with performance testing tools like Gatling/JMeter and code quality management and analysis using SonarQube or similar tools.
∎ • Basic knowledge of source control (Git, Bitbucket).
∎ • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ • Mandatory certification in automation testing from accredited bodies (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer, Selenium WebDriver Certification, Tricentis Automation Engineer, ISTQB Foundation Level Agile Tester Extension, Certified Software Test Automation Specialist (CSTAS) and Certified Selenium Professional).

This job role involves rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams throughout the SDLC to assist bank offer product innovation and service excellence to our valued clients.
∎ • Design and execute comprehensive test cases, focusing on business requirements and edge cases.
∎ • Perform exploratory testing to identify hidden defects and potential risks.
∎ • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca/Selenium with Java or Python and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
∎ • Analyze test results, identify opportunities for improvement in automation coverage and optimize performance.
∎ • Conduct load and performance testing using Apache JMeter or similar tools and analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks.
∎ • Design and execute API tests using Postman or Rest Assured to validate functionality, security and performance.
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business objectives and project requirements.
∎ • Participate in reviewing requirements and design to provide input on testability and quality aspects and contribute to improving testing processes and best practices.
∎ • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and monitor software quality metrics regularly.
