SAM plays an important role in assisting business growth and maximizing profitability while maintaining a balance between risk and reward over the life-cycle of bank’s products and portfolios. With a focus on maximizing recovery while adhering to regulatory requirements, our team excels in loan restructuring, asset disposition, risk mitigation, client communication, and financial analysis. ∎ Achieve recovery target of the team set by the Senior Management.
∎ Ensure timely steps are taken by concerned persons in line with recovery procedure.
∎ Call, visit and make necessary communications with the customers and keeping documentary evidence of the same.
∎ Recommend legal steps as and when required.
∎ Follow up of legal steps of allocated accounts and act accordingly.
∎ Handle customer complaints and resolve those amicably.
∎ Manage court case activities and liaison with panel lawyers for early disposal of case.
