Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any field/diploma in garment textile manufacturing or any other technical certification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining communication with merchandisers and sales team for all sample requests.
∎ Maintaining communication with production team and communicate customer requirements during pre - production meetings.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to IE and Production Department on the industrialization of new design & fitting approval for newly developed styles & during bulk production (to co-operate with IE team & Factory).
∎ Ensuring customer requirements are complied with.
∎ Maintaining all customers' direction on sample development.
∎ Sample room production planning.
∎ Communicate all technical spec requirements to sample men/women.
∎ Maintaining accurate inventory in sample room.
∎ Maintaining records of all patterns issued to the sample room and should be able to adjust patterns.
∎ Evaluation and approval of all samples for fitting, adjustment and approval.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Must be able to communicate in English
∎ Must be able to operate Word/Email/Excel
∎ Ability to motivate the team.
∎ Cost conscious.
∎ Must be able to comply to company KPI
∎ Physical fit.
∎ Experience Requirements: minimum 10 years of experience in export oriented garment factories and must be capable to handle woven shirts and outerwear. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in renowned garment factories of Bangladesh.
∎ Job Location: Chandra, Gazipur.
