Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Engineering/Graduated from any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Buyer wise Print Plan from the Planning Department.
∎ Execute necessary activities and priority wise support the team well in time for garments shipment.
∎ Taking care of all the desired parameters and color fastness levels as per Buyer’s requirements.
∎ Responsible for cost effectiveness and qualitative production.
∎ Keep in touch with the Design Department to ensure the quality of design as per Buyer’s requirements.
∎ Keep in touch with the Color Kitchen staff for proper pigments and auxiliaries selection and color matching.
∎ To provide guidelines to down the stream for smooth qualitative production.
∎ To cross check frequently all the quality standards and parameters of samples for approval and bulk production as well as to take necessary steps to maintain the defined SOPs.
∎ Taking necessary steps to maintain the equipment and machinery for smooth and trouble free production.
∎ To train the subordinates in case of new innovations and developments to support and enhance Company’s business.
∎ Taking necessary measures to reduce damages and wastage.
∎ To monitor closely and to keep an eye to organize system oriented working environment and proper documentation to face successfully the Buyer’s audits.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the reporting authority in pertinent to the service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & Communication ability.
∎ Must have good presence and leadership ability.
