Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Production, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct technical & product safety audits.
∎ Follow up CAP with factories.
∎ Follow up & monitor and supervise QMS and product safety requirements.
∎ Lead and support quality control and management system in factories.
∎ Train up all quality inspectors, quality staff about basic quality requirements, quality concepts, and quality policy.
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality, and product safety Manuals for good quality management.
∎ Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
∎ Doing internal QMS/ Technical Audit being internal and external auditor, work with all factories head for improvement.
∎ Work with customer and external auditors for a better understanding of quality requirements & present during the audit.
∎ All types of Quality Metrics & KPI reporting
∎ Conduct technical, quality and product safety seminar and coaching.
∎ Preparing audit reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience as QMS Auditor
∎ Strong leadership quality to self-drive QMS
∎ Need to travel in deferent location in Bangladesh
∎ Robust personality able to work under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
