Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production/ Operation Management, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring of different store activities under a group of companies;
∎ Ensure day to day operation of different store;
∎ Responsible for setting up re-order level and safety stock;
∎ Responsible for determining maximum and minimum stock level:
∎ Supervise activity of all store persons shift by shift;
∎ Closely monitor the every goods delivered and received by store;
∎ Keeping stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate;
∎ Supervise housekeeping of Store Department.
∎ Responsible for monthly and urgent purchase requisition;
∎ Responsible for physical stock taking & verification of inventory;
∎ Monitor issues regarding various materials of store.
∎ Maintain liaison with the concerned department;
∎ Motivating, organizing and encouraging team to ensure smooth operation;
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly/monthly stock report and send to corporate office.
∎ Responsible for implementing all compliance requirements;
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
