Job Responsibilities
Create and grade patterns to ensure correct samples are submitted to the customer.
Implement customer grade rules and specs as necessary.
Will be responsible for Size Set and SMS sample making.
Any kind of issues, like pattern/consumption/cutting/ fabric/wash need to identify/ highlight and correction during size set/SMS making stages.
Use bulk friendly method while doing size set/SMS sample.
Provide technical support for garment construction and quality related issues.
Risk assessment before sizes set stages. Evaluate the size set and recommend for the production, identify the difficulties that may arise during the pre-production stages.
Reviews/understands buyer's tech packs and comments and explains to shop floor team to avoid any hassle.
Work on set target to size set/SMS sample and minimizing rejection, approval of the goods on a 1st-time basis.
Evaluate workmanship, quality, and construction of garments samples, to determine the correctness.
Maintain liaison with Production/QA head on a day-to-day basis for any kind of difficulties.
Identify and correct pattern problems.
Should have knowledge regarding Quality Audit
As per BEPZA Act 2019 & Company Policy.
