Job Responsibilities:
∎ Get the section wise Absent / Present details and allocate Quality staff without issue to quality process.
∎ Gather All Quality related status from each section and address to team while QA meeting at morning.
∎ Need to analyses all Quality status and take proper corrective action for avoiding repetition of daily Quality issues.
∎ Have to maintain factory end line DHU below 3.0%
∎ Review daily rejection garments and take corrective action for maintain rejection rate below 1.5%
∎ Have to Maintain Sewing lot audit inspection pass rate over 95%, Finishing defects rate below 2.5% for non-wash and wash defect rate below 3%. Pre-Final inspection pass rate over 98%, Final inspection pass rate over 100%, Buyer final inspection pass 100%
∎ Have to Maintain cut vs Ship ratio over 99.5% for non-wash products and over 100% for wash products.
∎ Arranging Weekly, Monthly QA performance meeting. You have to discuss line wise Quality performance with corrective/ Preventive action base on the previous data.
∎ Collecting technical details from Merchandising department and review all details before starting trial run.
∎ Reviewing Trial run garments with approved red seal sample and Tech pack.
∎ Need to maintain Trial run comment sheet / Measurement sheet style wise and need to give your feedback during PPM.
∎ Reviewing first 5pcs of first bulk production with relevant Sr.QA Executive and maintain the records for reference.
∎ Need to do inline/ Finish goods audit daily basis and need to discuss regarding your findings with Technical Manager, PM, Production Executive, QA Executive etc.
∎ Attending Daily / Weekly / Monthly QA Meeting to discuss about improvements against daily findings.
∎ Determine the root - cause of the issue by using basic quality control tools, Pareto Chart, Cause and Effect Diagram.
∎ Monitor the effectiveness of the corrective action.
∎ Monitor the process discipline & highlighting of any deviation to the department concerned.
∎ Timely completion of the outgoing quality to meet the shipment schedule as decided by the management ensuring the high quality as per the requirement of buyer.
∎ Responsible for educating, training Sewing operator/ Quality checkers/ QA Executives & other relevant person from time to time with modern technical specification.
∎ Responsible for keeping your working area & Factory clean and neat.
∎ Any other assignment given/ delegated by the management from.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Good communicative skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Good Interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Should be honest, hard working, enthusiastic, self-motivated.
