Job Context:
∎ Manager/ Sr. Manager- Quality Assurance (QA) (Shirt /pant/Jacket)
∎ Job Location: CEPZ, Chittagong.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire factory total Quality System as per buyer as well as factory necessity.
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory following buyers? Requirements and guidance for each departments and processes in factory.
∎ Train newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools.
∎ Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
∎ Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality. Conducting per-production meeting before production start.
∎ Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection in sewing floor and finishing department as well as in house FI of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer QA through 100 per cent piece-by-piece check in the finishing section.
∎ Communicate the importance of quality production to the employees and floor workers, and explain quality expectations by the management by maintaining clean and dry workplace, including storage rooms and shipping areas.
∎ Set up quality standards in cutting section by using records of the source of defects in fabric and cutting.
∎ Aware about shirt., pant, jacket, Denim & hunting dress.
∎ Record defects by garment production lot, source of defects (fabric, cutting or assembly), and type of defects etc. with improvement plans.
∎ Analyze inspection report data to identify sources of quality problems and takes necessary counter measures to reduce and improve future results.
∎ Should have ideas about effective communication for accessories, making liaison with Merchandising Team about production, undertakes all formalities about quality control and factory production management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 06-08-year(s) work in RMG sector as Quality Manager.
∎ More than 10 Years in the field of Quality Assurance (Minimum 6 Years' experience in similar position)
∎ Working experience in a large group of companies & Line Quality Experience.
∎ Should have knowledge in Inspection & Quality Standard Upgradation & Shipment.
∎ Chittagong Based Experienced Candidates will get preference
