∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Candidate should smart, elegant, self-driven and proactive in production trouble shooting are requested to apply.
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to achieve target in timely manner.
∎ Should have knowledge in Technical Audit.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Should have strong leadership and team management skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Team for analyzing TP & Technical issues at initial stage of sampling·
∎ Lead the Risk analysis event based on factory & buyer Perception·
∎ Ensure All sample Design, Fit, Spec, measurement as per buyer requirement·
∎ Ensure quality of all stage of proto sample, Fit sample, counter sample, SMS sample, pp sample, Size set sample, TOP sample and Shipment sample.·
∎ Lead to analysis the fabric, lining, trims & accessories based on buyer testing manual·
∎ Ensure to Solve the technical comments & solution, make them easy or production friendly process.·
∎ Ensure quality assurance parameter perfectly to meet the target quality·
∎ Maintain necessary quality records/documents as required by the customers.·
∎ Keep close coordination with production floor at all level to put advice in quality maintaining or improvement.·
∎ Ability to work as a team Leader·
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven with amicable personality·
∎ Any others job assigned by management
