∎ Computer skills in MS Office package programmer and Internet.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all customer emails are answered within 24hrs, and all actions have been taken promptly
∎ Arrange all kinds of fabrics & accessories from local & foreign sources as required for production independently and need to follow customer order independently. Communicate with suppliers for other raw materials, booking and delivery.
∎ Analyze customer progress reports in terms of growth/shortcomings/product and price points, get customer feedback on orders and close the orders with clarity on cost/ margin
∎ Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory
∎ Suggest the right factory for the right product and participate in the factory selection process from sample stage
∎ Take the list of daily issues from each order for each factory and address the problems
∎ Ensure quick decision making by involving the Team Manager / Quality Manager on critical issues
∎ Take the lead on Pre-production meetings
∎ Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs
∎ Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for knitting/linking/construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment
∎ Check the production/QC files is complete prior handing over to the QA department
∎ Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders
∎ Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times
∎ Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders
∎ Evaluate factory performance regularly, give feedback to the Team Manager concerning factory issues and recommend solutions
∎ Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey, Negotiation Skill
∎ Follow up process closely to make sure good ship on time.
∎ Overall responsibilities to look all the accounts assigned by superior, also day-to-day update to management accordingly.
∎ Source and develop new factories as per requirements and regularly introduce new products, new yarns, new factories to the team
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
