• Having good knowledge about various sewing machines and auto cutter, Gar bar technology and other high technology related to Garments industry.

• Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.

• Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.

• Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.

• 
  Managing budgets forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory.

• Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy.

• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.

• Oversee various on-site maintenance procedures.

• Manage teams of maintenance workers assigned to equipment repairs.

• Execute general and preventive maintenance schedules.

• Assign maintenance team as per requirement.

• Negotiate with senior management to install updated equipment and monitoring systems to reduce cost and save energy.

• Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.

• Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff.

• Manage the set up and take down of different events.

• Perform troubleshooting to solve major/minor repair issues.

• Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff.

• Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs.

• Able to handle sewing & required other machine.

• Check every day machine NPT report and reduce time.

• Any other job will assign by management time to time.
