Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing budgets
∎ forecasting, ordering, and price negotiation for spare parts inventory
∎ developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy
∎ coordinating the completion of complex repairs
∎ hiring subcontractors for specialized maintenance work and signing off on maintenance contracts as per company policy
∎ looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
∎ Oversee various on-site maintenance procedures
∎ Manage teams of maintenance workers assigned to equipment repairs
∎ Execute general and preventive maintenance schedules
∎ Assign maintenance team as per requirement
∎ Negotiate with senior management to install updated equipment and monitoring systems to reduce cost and save energy
∎ Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues
∎ Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff
∎ Manage the set up and take down of different events
∎ Perform troubleshooting to solve major/minor repair issues
∎ Communicate plans for upper level improvements to maintenance worker staff
∎ Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs
∎ Able to handle 6000 sewing & required other machine.
∎ Check every day machine NPT report and reduce time.
∎ Any other job will assign by management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Target oriented & hard working mentality.
∎ Having good knowledge about various sewing machines and auto cutter, Gar bar technology and other high technology related to Garments industry.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
∎ Must have knowledge in MS Office and E-mail.
