Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree preferably in Business discipline from any reputed Public/Private University with a good academic record of accomplishment.
∎ Professional Certification like ACCA, or CA (minimum 1st level passed) will be considered as an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selected candidate will work in ICC Department and the job responsibilities shall include but not limited to the following:
∎ Preparation of yearly audit plan and taking approval from the board Audit Committee.
∎ Leading the audit team as well as providing guidance for conducting the audit as per approved plan.
∎ Determining and finalizing the detailed audit plan for conducting operational audit, branch audit within approved time limit.
∎ Placing the audit reports before the Board Audit Committee and facing the Board regarding the issues raised in audit report.
∎ Ensuring that internal controls are properly in place and functioning.
∎ Ensuring full compliance with local laws and regulations.
∎ Giving assistance to external auditors and Bangladesh Bank Auditor for accomplishment of audit.
∎ Conducting internal audit/investigative works assigned by the Board, regulatory bodies and top management.
∎ Preparing responses against the issues raised in Audit report of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Execution of special assignments/jobs assigned by the Board as well as higher Management of the Company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates must have 5-8 years of working experience in the field of ICC in any Financial Institution and or Bank.
