Experience:
Must have previous experience of facing audit & certification functions: Inditex, SLCP / FSLM, BSCI, ECP, Higg, FEM, GTW, GRS, RWS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Detox to Zero.
Expertise in Payroll Software systems.
Should have sound knowledge of Labor Law, Factories Act, Fire Fighting Law, and ILO convention relevant. (Especially social Compliance issues in the Textile sector.)
Should have a good command of English.

Responsible for all internal & external audits (Social, Environmental, Certification) conducted by brands and third parties.
To correspondent with third parties (BV, Intertek, SGG, Control Union, Hohenstein, GCL, TUV Reinland, TUV SUD, Qtex Solution, Pollution Solution, Accordial Global Compliance, etc.) for compliance (Audit, Testing, EIA & Inspections) purposes.
Responsible for HIGG FEM, HIGG FSLM, ZDHC, BV3, Bhive, TOPO & IPE Gateway
Responsible for Water & Waste Management based on compliance.
Perform day-to-day HR operational work, such as; Recruitment, Human Resources Planning, Organogram, Job Description, Advertisement, Interview, Selection, Placement, Personal File, and Induction program.
Coordinate with the Corporate Office Team (HR, SCM, Commercial, Marketing) regarding Social & Technical Compliance Purposes such as GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, RWS, etc.
Responsible for Training & Development. To prepare yearly training calendar & training manual for the workers & employees for future implementation.To conduct of different types of meeting (PC Committee/Safety Committee/Canteen Committee/EMC/CMC/Grievance Committee.
Provide day-to-day administration support related to logistics, security, transport and housekeeping, support staff supervision, etc.
Complete the annual performance appraisal process.
Liaison with local govt. & non-govt. officer/official.
Ensure all technical, Social, Security, and legal compliance issues of the factory
Maintain liaison with buyers & third-party auditors regularly.
Maintain all documents as required by law.
Ensure EMS (Environment Management System) in the factories.
