Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for potential candidates for the position of Manager/ Sr. Manager-HR (Woven) who has knowledge, skills, experience in following sector and is self-motivated to take challenge to deliver high quality results.There will be 4000 employees and manufacturing Bottom Item(Woven) and kids wear. We invite energetic and results oriented professionals with the proven employment track records to work under friendly and highly professional working culture.

  • Maintaining HRIS Software (Kormee).

  • Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.

  • Developing and implementing Procedures, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy across the organization.

  • Ensure employment law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development are applied.

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.

  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

  • Managing employee records and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR databases.

  • Determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for incentive schemes.

  • Developing and implementing employee retention and employee engagement programs to increase employee retention.

  • Conducting employee surveys and analyzing the results to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Managing and maintaining a setup that promotes optimum performance.

  • Maintain the benefits and pay schedule.

  • Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.
