Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for whole Accounts and Finance requirements of the company.
∎ Monitoring cash flows, accounts, and other financial transactions.
∎ Monitor the monthly and actual expenses to expenditure, projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash Management, Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, etc.
∎ Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
∎ Preparation, analysis, and interpreting of financial statement of the company such as Trial Balance, Income statement & Balance Sheet.
∎ Required Vast Knowledge of Tax, VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law and advising on TAX & VAT planning.
∎ Prepare monthly manufacturing accounts for cost center activities to ensure that financial targets are met and to assess the need for any remedial action.
∎ Develop and maintain all other necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with.
∎ Oversee the administration of any loans and repayments, including maintaining liaison with brokers and lenders.
∎ To maintain relationships with banks, accountants, Top Management and, law and other professional advisors.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
