Educational Requirements:
∎ A minimum business graduate from any UGC approved or accredited university;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Corporate Special Assets Management borrowers/guarantors;
∎ Monitor and pursue the defaulting borrower for payment;
∎ Physical visit of Corporate SAM borrowers '/guarantors' factory, office, and residence;
∎ Assist Head of Corporate SAM to regularize/settle defaulting loan liability;
∎ Maintain files and MIS of all defaulting/litigated borrowers;
∎ Liaison with different departments (CAD, Litigation Management, ICC, GSS, etc.);
∎ Meet internal/external regulatory requirements and queries;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor/s time to time, etc;
∎ Arrange to issue legal notices and accomplish all formalities to file cases/suits;
∎ Review Summon Notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices;
∎ Maintain regular coordination with lawyers / Legal team and the defendant of the case/suit;
∎ Review monthly bills e. g. lawyers bill / professional bill etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of Corporate Banking products;
∎ Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector or NBFI;
∎ Must possess analytical skills, be data-driven in decision making;
∎ Must have strong interpersonal communication skills;
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
∎ Negotiation skills, leadership and influencing skills;
∎ Positive, energetic, and adaptive to change;
∎ Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled.
