Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Fabric developments, bulk process, following-up lab dips, mill fabric test reports, shipping samples & documents, fabric clearance & fabric inspection report, defects coordination, replacement follow-up and fabric claims.
∎ Ability for Special, Novelty trim developments, testing & getting buyer's approval.
∎ Knowledge Garment costing & attending costing meetings.
∎ Capability to Monitoring & involving manufacturing process/ issues from cutting to shipping coordinating with relevant teams.
∎ Filling the factory capacity, monitoring production plan, and filling open capacity.
∎ Skill to Direct dealing with new buyers to develop business & building relationships to increase the market share.
∎ Proficiency for Motivating, guiding & leading large groups, teams of merchandisers to achieve set organizational goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in the field of Sourcing/Fabric/Development/merchandising/sample in a reputed Company/Industry.
