Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Engineer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 40 to 42 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Propose for hiring and trains employees as needed in accordance with company policy.
∎ Oversees the day-to-day workflow and assignments of service staff.
∎ Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
∎ Handles discipline and propose for termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in sorting line according to specification.
∎ Responsible for sorting items during the production process in factories.
∎ Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
∎ Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
∎ Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate issues.
∎ Inspect materials and sort items or materials into designated areas according to type, size, condition, color.
∎ Sort items on conveyor belt and remove defective items.
∎ Sort items into proper bins and ensure good housekeeping.
∎ Ensure safety of the people related to the section.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate must have practical working experience in any Ceramics Tiles & Sanitary Ware manufacturing company.
∎ The Candidate have experience with NUOVA FIMA auto packing machine.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to prepare operating reports and records.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel.
∎ Capable of handling multitasking & work under pressure.
