Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline, preferably in business administration, from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct visit to business premise/ factory/ collateral of corporate borrowers as per schedule.
∎ Conduct documentation due diligence/ compliance review.
∎ Prepare comprehensive visit and compliance report.
∎ Follow-up execution status of recommendations and rectification plan.
∎ Monitor collection of borrower's stock report, insurance coverage, deferrals, other covenants etc and escalate deviations, if any.
∎ Monitor early alert, excess over limit, portfolio at risk, limit utilization and other credit risk indicators as applicable.
∎ Prepare Risk Management Committee (RMC) report based on all findings derived from Credit Inspection and Monitoring activities.
∎ Maintain relevant data and prepare MIS for the unit.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years' experience in a Bank or Financial Institution preferably in Relationship Manager/Credit Inspection.
∎ Knowledge about lending policy, process and documentation along with, compliance and regulatory issues.
∎ Having willingness to frequent field visit all over the country.
∎ Computer literacy and affluent to prepare presentation.
∎ Good verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent inter-personal relationship.
∎ Analytical and decision making skill.
