Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years of Graduation [LL.B (Hons)] or Master of Laws (LL.M) from any institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Court Operation Unit to ensure smooth case management and resolution
∎ Follow up day to day activities of Court Operation Unit for smooth operation of court case
∎ Take all possible measures to dispose of the cases, without taking adjournment/time on behalf of the Bank
∎ Guide legal official and providing all sorts of support to dispose off the cases within the soonest possible time
∎ Analyze and prepare a Plan for fixing next course of action
∎ Provide opinion and guidance on third party or other cases filed by the Bank or filed against Bank
∎ Keep Liaison with ACC, CID & other Government agencies to ensure compliance
∎ Contact ACC, CID and other government authorities to address the issue related with Bank matters as and when required
∎ Foresee and identify possible areas of risk/vulnerability and take all possible measures to protect interest of the Bank
∎ Ensure payments of the Bill of the learned lawyer and also panel lawyer
∎ Ensure payment of the Legal Officials day to day conveyance and other miscellaneous cost maintaining proper scrutiny
∎ Ensure that the court fees as per prevailing charges of the country
∎ Prepare plan & guide legal Officials of Court Operation to file & follow up suit
