Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Corporate SAM borrowers and guarantors.
∎ Monitor and pursue defaulting borrower for payment and settlement.
∎ Physical visit of Corporate SAM borrowers' and guarantors' factory, office & residence.
∎ Assist to regularize defaulting loan liability through settlement, reschedule, restructure.
∎ Review Summon Legal, Auction Notice, and Other Notices and accomplish all formalities to file cases/suits.
∎ Liaise with different departments (CAD, Litigation Management, Finance, ICC, GSS, etc.).
∎ Meet internal/external regulatory requirements and queries.
∎ Review monthly bills e.g. lawyers, professional, advertisement, etc. bills.
∎ Maintain regular coordination with lawyers, Legal Team and the defendant of case.
∎ Maintain files and MIS of all default, litigated borrowers and prepare necessary reports.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor from time to time, etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum four years of experience in Banking sector or NBFI.
∎ Knowledge of Corporate Banking products.
∎ Must possess analytical skills, be data driven in decision making.
∎ Must have strong interpersonal communication skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership and influencing skills.
∎ Effective written and oral communication in English.
∎ Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable of meeting agreed deadlines.
