Candidates having minimum 03 years in similar position of hands-on experience in managing the Compline related activities of Garments or Textile Factory.
Must have vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and amendment act-2018, Labor law rules-2015 and amendment rules-2022 is must.
Should have vast knowledge in different USA and European buyer audit.
Should have proven leadership and communication skills and must able to correspond via E-mail.
Able to work under pressure.
Should be well conversant with computer applications.

The candidate must have thorough knowledge on factory compliance in regard to foreign buyers as H&M, M&S, WALMART, Uniqlo, Target USA etc. The deserve candidate must have knowledge on Labor law, Fire Safety and Civil defense and Environmental Law etc. The Organization is going to hire a knowledgeable Compliance Manager for their highly expertise professional team in a purely corporate environment in Factory located in Araihazar, Narayanganj. The team member should be highly professional, self-motivated & self-driven, loyal to the company at highest level.
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager / Manager (Compliance) will lead the regulatory compliance, and sustainability initiatives of the organization and closely work with all the related Government Office like Labor Office, Fire Services and Civil defense, environment office, boiler office etc. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor and environmental regulations, and promoting sustainable business practices in alignment with corporate values and international standards.
