• Must be familiar with CAD, CLO, JPEG, Ai file creation; also need to be very skilled in Graphic designing, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Knowledge and experience about trend analysis in factory level.

• Capable in handling the buyer's needs by communicating with them independently regarding product details.

• Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills (both English & Bangla) are required.

The Organization is going to recruit an experienced Fashion Designer in their highly expertise professional team under purely corporate environment. The team member should be highly professional, self-motivated & self-driven, loyal to the company at highest level.

Job Responsibilities:

• Should have knowledge on various kinds of fabrics, especially Woven fabric, trims and accessories and ability to select fabrics, embellishments, accessories, colors, or style for each garment.

• Should have enough knowledge on apparel Product Design & Development.

• Should have creative sense to produce new ideas, concepts, garment construction and pattern.

• Candidates are having work experience to handle global buyer will be an extra advantage.

• Keeping up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.

• Responsibility of Hand Drawing, Cad Drawing Illustrations, CLO Software, Graphic Designs for Product Presentations & Sketches as per buyer requirement.

• Need to prepare design sketches and communicate with sample team to make perfect product.

• Should have the ability to communicate with customers and imply their requirements on the designs made.

• Visit manufacturers or trade shows to get fabric samples.

• Must be able to develop new collection for every season, forecasts and trend-based designing.

• Making Flat Sketch of Tops in Adobe Illustrator and CLO Software.

• Preparing presentations for buyers' meetings.

• To be able to prepare cost sheet.

• Need to communicate with brand designers, product developer and fabric mills R&D.
