Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/MA/Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Material follow up and ensure inhouse on time.
∎ Right material source in right time for specific product.
∎ Follow up with material control department (MCD) to ensure that materials are in housed and available on time.
∎ Communication with merchandiser department and check their price costing for material.
∎ Cross check with merchandising about costing sheet for product.
∎ Follow up with all orders against TNA (Time and action) and ensure right product at right place and right time.
∎ Source the best product as per buyer requirement and by ensuring the product quality.
∎ Inform management at the earliest regarding any deficiency in materials or suppliers so that arrangements can be made from alternate source to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Must ensure that products are sourced from responsible companies who comply with Debonair Group Code of Conduct on social, environmental and technical part.
∎ Proper follow up and communication with MCD, Merchandising and production department
∎ Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality and keep a proper balance while sourcing.
∎ Be pro-active while sourcing and maintain lead time.
∎ Sourcing Product and Supplier locally and globally, exploring market and vendor development.
∎ Establish strategic relationships with key suppliers who are aligned with the company's needs Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.
∎ Manage supplier selection based on price, quality, support, after sales service, capacity, Social & Environmental Compliance, reliability, credibility etc.
∎ Improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.

∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
