Responsibilities & Context:
Purpose
To develop and manage strategic sales operations targeting Food, Pharmaceutical, Garments and FMCG industry clients with specialized paper product solutions. This role is responsible for generating revenue, identifying new sector opportunities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards related to pharma packaging and export-oriented garments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure clients in the pharmaceutical and garments sectors.
- Offer tailored paper-based packaging solutions, including pharmaceutical-grade and export-compliant materials.
- Ensure sales compliance with sector regulations (e.g., Food & health safety standards, export certifications).
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to meet sector-specific technical requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery, and service agreements with clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage relationships for long-term business.
- Analyze sector-specific market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date MIS and generate monthly sales and activity reports.
Working Relationship
- Internal: Production, QA/QC, Sales & Marketing, Dispatch, Accounts, and Management teams.
- External: Pharmaceutical manufacturers, garment exporters, packaging coordinators, compliance officials.
