  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting ability.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution skills and sense of ownership.

We are currently a small, passionate team building a big future — and looking for a highly capable, hands-on Manager (Sales & Operations) who can lead our sales growth and ensure smooth daily operations.

Location: Dhaka (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership (B2C & B2B)

  • Plan, execute, and monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Drive both B2C (individual learners) and B2B (corporate training clients) sales strategies.
  • Develop and lead the sales team — from target setting, performance tracking to coaching.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and corporate leads to expand the company’s reach.
  • Supervise social media & digital inquiry responses to ensure proper lead conversion.

Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of internal processes.
  • Coordinate with different teams (Support, Marketing, Finance, Trainers, HR, Admin) for workflow alignment.
  • Create and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for efficiency and accountability.
  • Monitor CRM and lead management systems to ensure timely follow-up and reporting.
  • Handle vendor, logistics, and administrative operations as required.

Strategic Support

  • Work closely with the Managing Director & other Board Directors to execute strategic plans and company goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and data-based insights for business decisions.
  • Contribute ideas for product improvement, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports for SWOT analysis & continuous growth of the company.


Job Other Benifits:
