∎ Must have experience in marketing garment accessories products especially Offset Printing, (Hang Tag, Photo Inlay, Barcode Sticker, Price Tag Etc.), Sewing Thread, Woven Label, Printed Label, Foil Print, Lamination, (Die Cutting, Back Board, Neck Board Etc.), Elastic, Drawstring, Twill/Canvas Tape, Belt-Twill/ Canvas Weaving, Hanger, Poly, Tissue Paper, Carton, Gum Tape, Scotch Tape Etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and implement strategic marketing & sales plans and forecasts to achieve the targeted sales volume.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans for the subordinate also regular supervision.
∎ Should have strong leadership capability and team-building efficiency.
∎ Collect regular marketing data with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidelines to upgrade the market.
∎ Ability to work with a professional sales team to achieve the set targets.
∎ Should have the potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with existing clients.
∎ Prepare a brand plan, annual marketing plan with budgets.
∎ Plan, design and implement promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
∎ Coordinate with Sales Division to determine strategies and plans linked with distribution, promotional materials and other associated activities.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the organization.
∎ Responsible for regular following-up clients and maintaining their records in the computer.
∎ Responsible for maintaining after-sales official’s formalities i.e. to check application form to prepare payment schedule, to prepare deed of agreement and signing to the client.
∎ To share ideas how to improve sales with the group leader and other colleagues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
∎ Computer literate, MS Office is a must.
∎ Excellent communication skills, fluent in English writing and speaking.
∎ Applicant should be capable to communicate in English with Foreign Buyer.
∎ Should be long-term planner and must be gentle.
