Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings.
∎ Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
∎ Train, motivate, and lead a team of sales representatives.
∎ Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
∎ Generate leads, and establish and nurture client relationships.
∎ Work alongside Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new and existing revenue opportunities.
∎ Optimize current revenue from existing customers through new product sales and strategic technology migration.
∎ Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's global reach.
∎ Meet with potential & key clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
∎ Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
∎ Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 years of working experience under sales wing.
∎ Relevant working experience in Water Park/Hotel/Resort/Entertainment.
∎ Consistently meeting or exceeding targets
∎ Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Leadership and organizational skills
∎ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
∎ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Salary: Negotiable
