∎ Strong understanding of design principles, storytelling, and experiential marketing.
∎ Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into creative strategies.
∎ Mentor and develop a high-performing creative team.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end creative development process, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to integrate creative concepts into various park experiences and attractions.
∎ Lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops to generate innovative ideas for new attractions, events, and experiences.
∎ Develop and present creative concepts that align with the park's brand and target audience.
∎ Implement and champion a culture of continuous improvement within the Creative Department, encouraging team members to stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices.
∎ Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance the quality and innovation of creative outputs.
∎ Foster a commitment to excellence and attention to detail, ensuring that every creative element aligns with the park's standards for aesthetic appeal, functionality, and guest engagement.
∎ Maintain high-quality standards for all creative outputs, ensuring they align with the park's brand identity and customer expectations.
∎ Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure creative assets meet the required standards.
∎ Overview:
∎ Mana Bay Water Park the largest amusement park in Bangladesh and 3rd largest in South Asia, known for its thrilling water attractions and captivating experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Creative / Manager Creative to lead our Creative Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the creative direction of the park, overseeing all aspects of creative development, and managing a team of talented creatives.
