Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target by implementing sales strategies.
∎ Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target allocation for regions and territories; and project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Maintain sales volume and product mix by keeping pace with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ Complete sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on daily target achievement.
∎ Monitor, train, guide and motivate sales force to achieve sales target.
∎ Create new customers and ensure retention of existing customer / distributor.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing and potential customers.
∎ Control damage by training sales force about proper way of handling products and ensuring proper storage system.
∎ Prepare sales report time to time.
