∎ MSc in Chemistry, MSc in Applied Chemistry, MSc in Materials Science and Engineering

Requirements:

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Candidate should have ability to formulate and produce Cosmetics & Toiletries items.
∎ Candidate should have minimum 5 years experience of formulating and producing the above items.
∎ In-depth knowledge of formulation chemistry for toiletries and personal care items.
∎ Training on International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Leadership will be an added advantage.
∎ Good communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.
∎ Lead the development of new toiletries (e.g., Detergent, Soaps, Cleaning Item etc.) from concept to commercialization.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
∎ Explore innovative raw materials and technologies to improve product performance and efficiency.
∎ Candidate should have ability to formulate and produce Cosmetics & Toiletries items.

∎ Good technical knowledge on overall production and R&D of different types of Personal Care & Home Care Products (cosmetics & toiletries) of local and international Brands.
∎ Should have ability to plan and implement new innovative products design, production activities, optimizing available resources and to undertake process control to ensure Current Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are being followed to produce world class quality products.
∎ Good technical knowledge on overall production and R&D of different types of Personal Care & Home Care Products (cosmetics & toiletries) of local and international Brands.
∎ Should have ability to plan and implement new innovative products design, production activities, optimizing available resources and to undertake process control to ensure Current Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) are being followed to produce world class quality products.
