Responsibilities & Context:
Review, develop & update the ‘’Quality Manual’’ in accordance with ISO 9001-2015 for 2020.
Control and implement the Quality policy, procedures, and process flow diagrams required.
Understand the customer requirements on QMS and implement to the place.
Develop plan or schedule for Technical audit in the factory by regular interval.
Circulate the audit schedule, checklist and audit related documents with relevant department and make awareness into the factory to conduct the audit.
Conduct “Third party technical audit” to monitor effectiveness of Quality Management System.
Conduct “Internal technical audit” at three plants SIL, SDL & SWL as per internal audit schedule.
Resolve the non-compliances by taking corrective & preventive actions on external party audit findings.
Work with process owners to create and amend the procedures & documents as required for 2020.
Work with individual quality departments to monitor their key performance & circulate the KPI.
