Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 4 to 5 years in the relevant position, Ability to communicate effectively, Ability to Work Under Pressure, Accessories Manufacturing, woven, Woven Garments Manufactucturing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer's quality standard.
∎ Inline inspection findings should be discussed with respective Production, Technical, IE & QA team to get the corrective actions and achieve targets.
∎ Follow up ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Maintain (AQL, SOP, Manual, approved sample etc.) standard in all level of production process and ensure to maintain continuous development of quality department.
∎ Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards.
∎ Reduce garments defects and make action plan analyzing the problem and solve the quality issues.
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, GSM, blanket/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Size set making time information, before wash and after wash measurement & report, pattern correction.
