Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Coordination & implementation, maintenance of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17020: 2012, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and divisional quality manual’s requirement.
∎ • Take and implement appropriate action to improve management system.
∎ • Make plan, schedule and conduct internal audit as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17020: 2012, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and divisional quality manual’s requirement
∎ • Document, review the quality assurance procedure as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17020: 2012, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and divisional quality manual.
∎ • Document, and maintain quality policies and objectives for the fulfilment of ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO/IEC 17020: 2012, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and divisional quality manual’s requirement.
∎ • Ensure quality policies and objectives are acknowledged and implemented at all levels of the laboratory organization.
∎ • Handling of customer complaint by proper investigation as well as take appropriate action plan whenever required.
∎ • Ensure appropriate corrective action is taken and analyze the complaint data over time to determine trends and take appropriate action to eliminate reoccurrence.
∎ • Ensure Corrective Action and Preventive Action requests process implementation and validate the corrective action plan.
∎ • Do risk assessment of laboratory activities and proposed action to mitigate the identified risk.
∎ • Train the laboratory staff on Quality Management System and conduct QA Induction on time.
∎ • Review Quality KPI and take a leading role in analysis of data, and any associated corrective actions required to inform Management.
∎ • Coordinate to track this improvement and where necessary adjust the plans when they are not obtaining the desired result.
∎ • To coordinate for implementation of management review Process.
∎ • Responsible for ensuring all Management Review data is consolidated and distributed prior to the actual meeting.
∎ • To follow up for implementation of management review goals.
∎ • Update CAR-PAR, complaint/ Praise logbook on time.
∎ • Responsible to act independently and to raise issues to the appropriate level.
∎ • Ensure that the purchase department is only approved suppliers and subcontractors are used according to the requirements.
∎ • Ensure all requirements of the divisional quality manual/ accreditation body in regards to equipment/calibration are being met.
∎ • Responsible to periodically verify the processes used at the site to manage sample and report retention meet the CPS standard and client customized requirements.
∎ • Ensure all requirements of the divisional quality manual in regards to ethics and integrity are being met.
∎ • Continually look for, suggest, and implement improvements to achieve operational efficiencies.
∎ • Follow up AB&F Sample Protection SOP
∎ • Co-ordinate with BCP team for maintaining /upgrading BCP related issues.
∎ • To stop the testing and discard the test results in the case of any doubt on testing process and condition of tests with the consultation of different department Managers.
∎ • Any other duties assigned by top management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good knowledge on ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
∎ Successfully completed the Lead Assessor/ Internal Audit training on ISO 17025 and/or ISO 9001.
∎ Advanced English language skills.
∎ A proactive facilitator/ excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
∎ Highly developed analytical skills gained through business management or consultancy experience.
∎ Pragmatic and entrepreneurial in attitude, focused on delivering results, achieved through 'team work' collaborative delivery ideally gained in a multicultural environment
