Job Responsibilities:
∎ MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
∎ Implement standard and quality management procedures.
∎ Maintain and use of different types of equipment.
∎ Maintain and implement of quality checkpoints.
∎ Ensure 100% quality goods according to the customer demand.
∎ Report preparation.
∎ Housekeeping and Compliance.
∎ OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ According to the job list ensure that respective department following the standard for each job.
∎ Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
∎ Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
∎ Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
∎ Maintain a record of different types of measurement tools such as micrometres, callipers, profile projectors and CMM and others.
∎ Have to minimize product rework or rejection and maintain zero rejection where possible by perfect use of the quality instruments.
∎ Provide necessary information to the production people for produce 100% quality product
∎ Keep monitoring in-process products in the production area.
∎ Communicate with customers on the rejections and corrective actions.
∎ Counselling production people about the standard, work procedure for producing 100% quality.
∎ SUPERVISORY/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Prepare and implement the plan to get continuous support from the team.
∎ Coordinate with the teammate about their work procedure and shift schedule.
∎ Coordination with Production and others team regarding any Quality issue.
∎ TEAM LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT:
∎ Arrange training sessions for the production supervisor and machine operators regarding quality issues.
∎ STRATEGIC WORK:
∎ Apply new Ideas for better quality production.
∎ Finding and fixing faults and recalibrating the production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in the Plastics/ Polymer industry will get preference.
∎ Capable of people handling and ensuring prescribed Quality calibration and related activities with scheduled time.
∎ Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
∎ Have the mindset to work under pressure.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
