Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters or Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for entire activities of quality department.
∎ Follow up to ensure production quality from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control. Understanding fully the Quality System for Knit Garments.
∎ To monitor, Co-ordinate and promote the company Quality system and product quality improvement process to meet Customer's requirement.
∎ Manage quality platform and attend each inspection and quality control.
∎ Will be responsible for several Quality matters form fabrics to shipment of goods.
∎ Ensure product quality as per customer quality standard.
∎ To deal with the quality staff independently for all the quality assurance activities including quality control/ QMS audit, in line inspection, pre final and final inspection.
∎ To plan, monitor, audit and ensure quality standards for products in coordination with merchandising team and production people.
∎ Should have to develop and implement the inspection criteria and procedures of Quality Manual as per SOP.
∎ Coordination with buying QC and give them proper support in all quality related matter.
∎ Follow up the running order's quality related continues activities and give the guide line to the subordinates.
∎ Recommend and take corrective action any quality issue.
∎ Communicate all quality-related decisions and issue effectively to all relevant internal and external parties.
∎ Follow up and maintain all quality related reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Must have 5 years work experience in a similar position.
∎ Sound Knowledge regarding Knit Garments Quality Control
∎ Encouraged to apply only knit product experienced.
